100% Montepulciano Ruby red in colour, the bouquet is full of red fruits
and it’s pleasantly persistent. On the palate it is deep, full, round and
harmonious with a hint of liquorice.

100% Nero d’Avola wine deep ruby colour and full bouquet which heralds
a firm and powerful structure, a distinct but not intrusive amount
of tannin and delicate acidity.

70% Corvina, 25% Rondinella, 5% Molinara Valpolicella has an intense
dark ruby colour with an elegant bouquet with hints of spices and a full
and persisting harmonious taste.

Notes of ripe cherry, cooked plums with hints of chocolate & vanilla on the finish.
A well velvety texture that finishes with a touch of sweetness
typical of the Primitivo grape.

‘Granaio’ owes its name to a farm on the Melini property at Castelina, in the historic heart of Chianti Classico. It was one of the first Italian wines to be vinified from selected grapes from a single vineyard on its label. The wine stays 3 years in vats of Limousin oak, a type of wood normally used for the ageing spirits. Ruby red in colour, complex bouquet with hints of jam, fruits of the forest and hints of cloves, dry, full, pleasantly tannic with an elegant aftertaste of toasted almonds and oak.

75% Corvina, 25% Rondinella dark red but bright in colour, strong, intense bouquet with prevailing nots of dried grapes and dried plums with more subtle hints of spices. Warm flavour, full & powerful, austere with an elegant, aftertaste of peach kernels & of toasted almonds with lingers for a long time in the mouth.

100% Primitivo. Delightfully salmon pink in colour with a fresh bouquet of strawberries and ripe summer fruits on the nose.
On the palate it is bursting with flavour and has excellent balance.

Clear for Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene 90%, Pinot 5%, Chardonnay 5%.
Brilliant straw yellow colour jazzed up by the perlage, gruity delicate fragrance
with crusty bread scents, with flower nuances. For aperitif par excellence,
it combines also with light starters and seafood soups.

It has an intense straw colour & also an ample, lasting fruity bouquet.
The palate is dry, soft & well balanced, due to its full body.
